We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in a saleable condition. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs.

Once the team have been made aware of the problem, they will issue you instructions on how to proceed.
If the team advise you to return a faulty or defective product to us, and upon receipt of the parcel at The Planet Green Shop product costs will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs (where applicable).
Please note when making a return in this instance, we will refund your return costs up to a standard parcel international first class rate.
This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
In all instances, please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note, letting us know why you are returning the item.
We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of opened essential oils, used water bottles or used earrings due to hygiene reasons.

What if I want to make a return or exchange?

We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but we cannot issue credit onto your customer account at this time.
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are in a saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt. Please remember to include a brief note to explain the reason for return.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

My item is damaged, what do I do?
Should you receive a faulty item, please email us using our contact form here and select “Damaged Item in order” and we will be more than happy to reissue your postage costs and offer you either a full refund or a replacement.

When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received your item, we will process the refund. This should appear on your bank statement within 5 working days.
